Structure

This High Temperature Composite Film is not a simple single layer of plastic. Instead, it is made by combining two or more layers of different high-temperature-resistant materials under high temperature and high pressure. For instance, the middle layer could be a high-temperature-resistant substrate such as polyimide (PI) or polyester (PET), while the two sides or one side is coated with a specially formulated high-temperature-resistant adhesive, or even a fluorine plastic film. These layers are extremely tightly adhered together, and even if you try to tear it, you won't be able to do so. This ensures that it will not delaminate or bubble up under high temperatures.

Characteristics

Unlike some plastic films that shrink into a ball when heated, this film maintains almost the same size even at high temperatures. Another feature is that it is self-extinguishers from the fire, that is, it will not burn all the time when it encounters an open flame. How to maintain

The key to maintaining this High Temperature Composite Film lies in "environmental compatibility". Unused films must be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place. Although it is resistant to high temperatures, it is best to keep it at room temperature for storage. When installed on the machine, ensure that the roller is clean to avoid sand scratching the film surface. As long as it is installed properly and stored correctly, its performance will not deteriorate during the warranty period.
